Jóhann Jóhannsson Nominated for 60th Annual Grammy Awards

It was announced that the contemporary classical composer have been Grammy-nominated for his Arrival score, within the category of ‘Best Score Soundtrack For Visual Media.’ The critically-acclaimed ambient work for Denis Villeneuve’s sci-fi thriller also awarded Jóhannsson as ‘Best Film Composer of the Year’ from the World Soundtrack Awards, in addition to BAFTA and Golden Globe nominations earlier this year.
